In the Wrath of the Lich King, one of the achievements PVE players long for is the "The Frozen Throne". This is achieved when the player has defeated the Lich King in Icecrown Citadel 10/25.
I was able to get this achievement with RL friends not too long ago. We've been doing ICC10 for quite some time and we finally did it!
Our raid composition had 2 tanks - pally and druid, 3 healers - 2 shammies and a discipline priest, and 5 dps - hunter, shadow priest, warrior, pally and DK.
